Tasarımlarımız sipariş üzerine size özel üretildiği için 5 ila 7 iş günü üretim süresi bulunmaktadır.

The product you want to exchange must be unused and must not lose its originality. You can send us the product you want to exchange or receive in return via e-mail. For custom-made products sourced from buyers, if the measurements given at the time of purchase are incorrect, additional fees may be charged when the product is remade. We kindly ask you to give your measurements correctly.

RETURN

The product must be sent to us with its gift, if any, and all standard accessories and its original packaging. All you have to do is notify us of your return request via email and receive a return approval. From the date you receive your order; You can exchange/return the product within 14 days, along with the invoice, by sending it to the company you have selected on the address page, with a counter-payment. Returns of products that have been used, whose packaging has been opened or have lost their originality due to similar reasons, or that have been sent without an invoice are not accepted. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. If any damage to the products or replacement of the product is detected, a refund will not be provided.

After checking that the product complies with the return conditions, soothdesign.com will refund your credit card. The product price will be reflected on your credit card as a 'plus balance' within 10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.

The right of return cannot be used for products specially prepared in line with personalized designs upon the customer's wishes.
